Per Night

All prices are in Australian dollars.
Minimum stay 5 nights (High season 7 nights).
Maximum 4 people to stay.
Deposit/bond of A$500 payable at time of
booking. This does not form part of the rent.
For high season bookings, non-refundable deposit of 1 week required at time of booking and balance paid 2 weeks before arrival.
Deposit will be refunded at the end of the
tenancy subject to fair condition of premises.
Rent payable in advance upon arrival for
the negotiated term of the tenancy/or
2 weeks in advance, whichever is the shorter period.
50% refund of deposit in case of cancellation where two months' notice is given in writing.
No refund of deposit for cancellation within two months of agreed arrival date.
Check-in time 3.00pm or by arrangement. Normal check-out time 10.00am.
No smoking in the cottage.
